Termbase Search display issue

Question

After upgrading Trados Studio 2014 to 2015, the terms in the Termbase are not showed up automatically like in the version 2014. These terms are only showed up when manually searching them. I tried various settings of Termbase Search, but cound't find why. I would know to know how to show terms in the Termbase automatically when there are matched terms. Any tips?

Just to make sure, let's check the obvious: is the "Terminology Recognition" window active? I ask because sometimes users switch to "Termbase Search" and forget to switch back, with the result that they don't see any terms recognised anymore. 
What happens when you type the first letter of a recognised term? Does AutoSuggest show the term?
