Hello,
I have created an empty TM and I would like to find where I can see the number of segments or words of the files that repeat.

You need to analyse your project using your TM and you'll see this information in the reports view. I suggest you read the quick start guides at least in the Trados Studio interface here. I'd at least review the top three:
- Translating and Reviewing
- TM Management
- Project Management (this one contains the most information on reporting)
Won't take long and by the time you're finished you'll know enough to tackle all this stuff with confidence.
