Trados Studio 2022: Batch Tasks

2 files are in one project, but I get two different settings for batch tasks.
Why? First setting pre-translate, the second setting without. Unfortunately I can't attach any screenshots.
I have not made any change.

ok - I think I'm beginning to understand what you're doing.

You have added a file to the source language folder in Trados Studio and then you see this when you select the batch tasks for it:

Trados Studio screenshot showing Batch-Tasks menu with options such as 'Ohne Projekt-TM vorbereiten', 'Vorbereiten', and 'Ins bersetzungsformat konvertieren' highlighted.

The other file you have finalized already and when you select that and look at the batch tasks you see this:

Trados Studio screenshot displaying Batch-Tasks menu with fewer options, only 'Zielsprachliche Arbeitskopien erstellen' and 'Benutzerdefiniert' available.

The first one offers you the appropriate tasks to prepare it for translation.  The second one is already complete so you are offered tasks more appropriate to working with that file.
