Where is the TM located on your PC?  Can you try copying it to somewhere on your C drive that is not linked to OneDrive or another network drive and see if the problem goes away?

I store all my TM and termbases on the files partition on my laptop hard drive.

The issue comes and goes, and I do not create a new project everyday, may be a few times a week, but the issue stroke many times in the last 3 to 4 weeks, I felt I needed to report it.

I just tried again now and I did not get the issue.

I can tell that what is strange when the issue stroke was that the termbase or the TM took an unusually long time to appears in the settings and I handle pretty large termbase or TM files often.

I will watch how things go in the next couple of weeks, but it is puzzling.
