Is there any way to change the position of the source and target segments like this:

Not right-left but a vertical view with soruce being above the target. I find it very tireing for my eyes and brain sometimes and I lose track of the sentence if I have to move my eyes from the left to the right, especially when there is a lot of data or long sentences. It would be a lot more useful to have it like in my example below.  Because your eyes go a "shorter way" from the source to target and less time needed to hold the span of attention. Most of us read from left to right but with translation its a completely different matter. :-) At least I find it extremely tiresome to have to switch my eyes from left to right all the time, sometimes sentences are very long .... At least I would find it much more useful if source and target were shown like that on the screen. 

I hope there is any way to fix this.
