CANNOT FIND "RYSTUDIO Bilingual Target Document Generator " OPTION AFTER INSTALLATION

Dear community! 
 This new thread is actually not so new, so I have decided to reopen it because the answers I found DID and DID NOT help me to find a solution. 
 Our client requests that we deliver all documents (word) in bilingual format, i.e. with both, the source and the target text. 
 There were several answers in the forum, posted mostly by Paul Filkin; those included links to his articles and also to this plugin: https://appstore.rws.com/plugin/131/ (RYSTUDIO Bilingual Target Document Generator ). This is EXACTLY what I need, however, after downloading and installing the plugin, the following option is not added to the Batch tasks (citing the https://multifarious.filkin.com/2017/11/24/double-vision/ ) :

 Since the translation of the interface can be confusing sometimes, I checked the highlighted option "Generar traducciones de destino (Generate target translation), however, this is not the one. 
 I have repeated the installation process several times, but without success: 
 
 Please, help! We really need this bilingual segment-by-segment paired translations!!!!!

 I suggest you contact the developer at his website - http://www.rycat.cn/products/bildocgen.htm 
 I did just test it though and can see it's changed a bit from the version I wrote about over 5-years ago. I see the function is here:
