I have just bought Trados Studio 2022 and when I import a project (previously exported from WorldServer 11.6.2.163) back to WS, all the messages from WS seem to indicate that the import has been completed correctly, but the files continue to appear as untranslated in WS. This didn't happen with Trados Studio 2019.
If you are running CU5 then perhaps make sure you have the latest plugin installed. It was updated yesterday: https://appstore.rws.com/plugin/103/
The changelog says:
Fixed CRQ-32194: The contents of a WS return package generated by Studio 2022 CU5 are not imported back in WS
