Yes. You are trying to add a file to a project in the cloud. So what happens when you go to the cloud and try to add a file there? For example?

Die obige Ansicht gilt für Webbrower-projekte. Ich, jedoch, wollte über eine Trados-App eine Zusatzdatei zu meinem Projekt hinzufügen. Das war nicht möglich. Diese Datei wurde mir ausschließlich als Einzelprojekt angelegt. Ist das so? Gibt es vielleicht Verbesserungen dazu?

If this is the case then that would be why you cannot add a file to it. Only Studio Projects can support this.
If there is still a misunderstanding you would really help by providing a screenshot of your Projects View and identifying which project is the problem one.

1 Datei soll zu einem bereits bestehenden Projekt hinzugefügt werden, allerdings ist dies aus einer mobilen Trados App nicht möglich. Hierfür gibt es ausschließlich die Option diese einzelne Datei als Projekt anzulegen.
Ich unterscheide zwischen Webbrowser Trados essenziell und Trados App. Was ist zu tun?
I hope you can see how not providing enough information at the start is making this incredibly difficult to work with for both of us. I end up giving you answers that are not appropriate to your needs wasting my time, and you get frustrated because I'm not providing you with helpful answers to your problem!
Basically if you have published a project to the Cloud then the only way to add files to it is via the web browser.
