Hi,
I have defined an input model in Multiterm (standard content for "source", ticked multiple and obligatory), selected it there and also in Trados Studio. When I try to insert terms into the termbase from Studio, it inserts the terms in German and Italian but it does not add the default fields (which is the purpose of the input model) with the defined information. I found out that this was a problem 5 years ago. But it surely can't be still a problem and I must be doing something wrong.
