This message appears when I start Studio and Editor does not work because Project settings are disabled.
Tried everything but no hope. I deactivated Studio 2022 and downloaded it again. I restarted the system and the error message is still there.
This means I cannot work on my projects at all.
The similar questions raised in the forum do not match my problem.
Can anyone help?

I have seen this error when processing IDML files - which files are you processing?
If its not file specific and Studio is giving you this error regardless then please can you try the following
Locate:
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Trados - rename the Trados Studio folder
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Trados - rename the Trados Studio folder
