My Trados TM Results Windows not working properly

Dear Colleagues,

I can't find a way to fix this problem. The TM Results are not showing.

There are tool icons that usually appear in colors and now its greyed out.

I did not change any configurations.

I already tried to repair the software installation, and also uninstalled and reinstalled it.
