Trados window floating

Question

Hallo, I'm quite new to Trados, I'm still learning how to use it properly. 
 Now... The "Translation result" window is floating! I find it quite useful BUT I don't know why it floats and how to fix it in cas I want to fix it! I think I pushed some button by mistake! Please, can you help me to discover the way to fix this window? I attach 2 pictures... I underlined in red the floating window. 
 In addition to it: which is the difference between "Transaltion results" and " Concordance search"?

 It floats because it is not pinned: 
 
 If you double click the line "Risultati traduzione", it will return to its previous position. 
 You can also go to View and select "Reset window layout".

 The translation results window shows you the results of a TM lookup. It compares the entire source segment from your source file with the entire source segments held in your TM. Then displays the result and how close a match it was in the translation results window. 
 The concordance search window shows you the results of a concordance search. A concordance search looks through a translation memory for words or fragments within translation units in your TM and displays a similar match result, but based on what it was able to find from text you searched for.
