Problem with upgrading Memory

Hello, 
 I am trying to upgrade my Memory on Trados Studio 2021 before switching to Studio 2022 which I have already purchased but there is an error as below. Could you please help me with this issue?

 Please save your memory somewhere else and try again. You can test the Documents folder, for example. 
 If the error message is gone, then the path you used to save the TM is not the best (C\Program Files (x86)\SDL&hellip;. 
 Let us know the result, please.
