Question

Why, among all the software I installed on my computer, Studio is the only one that always crashes or has new issues? 
 I've been one of its very early adopters, in June 2009, I installed all and every service pack and new version, and new version after new version, new problem appear, and long time existing ones are seldom fixed. While adding new features at each new version is a great thing, investigating existing ones and fixing them should be a priority. The savour of this month looks like this: 
 
 It does not happen only when I do any action in Trados, but also when it is idle. The screenshot above is what I found at start of business yesterday. In the time I needed to write this message, three to four of the same error boxes appeared in Studio, which runs in the background. 
 And as always, the details about the error are totally useless: 
 
 So, what do I do with that?

 Screenshots like this are never very helpful. Sharing the error stack as a file is much more helpful as we can access the message far easier to work with it. 
 However, this bit seems like it's the culprit: 
 
 We have fixed this and it'll be available in a fix with CU6 (the next update probably due next month). In the meantime the solution is probably simple, just turn off the notification settings as described in this post: RE: Trados keeps crashing

 If you are using 2022 then you don't need the plugin at all as it's already built into the Help Ribbon as part of the product. What version are you using?
