Hi, i received an inquiry from a user regarding langauge key issue on Trados.
The issue is when Korean language is typed in Trados, it automatically gets switched to English.
To help your understanding;for instance, to type '여러분의 이야기' in Korean, it becomes '여러분의d이dl dsq' like this.
The user said this doesn't happen when using other platforms but only in Trados. She once raised an issue through gateway and received below solution.
However, after following the steps, the user said the same error still appears and asked for an alternative solution.

[Solution the user received in the past]
1. Open the following folder:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio15 If application data is not found, visit the following URL, Show hidden folders.

2. Delete the following 3 XML files in this folder:
Basic settings.xml
Plugin cache.xml
user settings.xml
3. In the "Add or Remove Programs" list in the Control Panel If you right-click on an SDL Trados Studio 2019 item, a Repair item will appear.
Please fix Trados.
