Studio 2014 with the SDL language Cloud translating from english to german.

Question

I'm using Studio 2014 with the SDL language Cloud translating from english to german. Since yesterday afternoon I am receiving the following message when opening a new segment to translate: "An error has occured whilst using the translation provider SDL language cloud: Connection to language cloud failed."
The connection to the internet is perfect. I've tried to remove and add again the sdl cloud, I have shut down the PC an restarted it again...but nothing has changed...

 If you can't resolve you can log a ticket for Language Cloud issues here: 
 https://languagecloud.sdl.com/ 
 Select "Help & Support" and log a ticket there regarding this issue.
