Hello everybody,
Here's my problem.
I just bought a new (Windows 11) laptop and I tried to install Studio 2021 R2.
In the beginning, it didn't word, so I installed first R1, and it worked.
Then I tried to upgrade to R2, and it worked too.
I used my 2nd license, and activated Studio 2021 R2, restarted my PC.
But then Studio wouldn't start anymore.
I tried deleting the Plugin folders, as suggested in other threads, but it just didn't work.
When I go to my RWS account, I see now that both my licenses are in use (1st one on my old PC, and 2nd one on my new PC, with the version that won't start).
I'm tempted to uninstall the Studio which I just installed, but then I'll 'lose' my 2nd activation.
I just don't know what to do anymore.
Any suggestion?
I can still use my 'old' Studio R2 on my old (and very slow) computer, but I'd like to be able to use it too on my new (much faster) computer, of course.
