I'm trying to translate a PDF source document and every time I try to edit a segment after opening the file in editor view Trados just crashes without an error message. Has anyone else experienced this or a similar issue? Is there a known solution for these type of crashes? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does this happen for all PDF or just this one?
I am asking to assess if its file specific or a general issue with file type processing.
What happens if you dont work with the PDF direct but the MS source equivalent?
If you dont have it accessible, you may be able to find it within your active projects "project folder"
If not, when you are in the editor view and you go to the top left.
You then go to File - Advanced you can try Save Source As
I am keen to see if it crashes when you are using MS word as the file type processor and not PDF
In addition, can you securely / safely share your file with us for testing?
