Hello!
I have a problem with a file. It is a normal Word file, with some formatting (tables, boxes), but everything went smoothly in Trados until the end, when the finalized file won't open.
A box appears saying that there was an error during the opening of the file plus 3 solutions that cannot be implemented.
I don't know what to do. The Word file cannot be opened and I have to deliver to the client! Help!!!
Not knowing your Studio version and anything else what could be helpful here, I suppose you have merged some paragraphs and one or more of these contained tags. This damaged the file structure.
Otherwise download the most recent version of Studio and rework the file with your TM. Do not merge any segments with tags.
