I received 2 PDFs but they won't open in editor. I thought it was the PDFs, but I converted them to WORD. For some reason, it won't load the files.

I tried several times and used other files to create projects.
I do have IRIS OCR installed but that shouldn't be a problem.

Typically if there is an issue processing PDF content, users would be getting and error.
If however you say MS office was able to open the PDF, could the content be edited?
I ask in case it maybe the PDF is locked, in which case I doubt you would be able to edit the MS version.
If however you have the content in MS, why no use MS to translate?
After all, even if you could open PDF in Studio when you generate target we would be providing MS word back.

I believe the issue is the files. I created new projects with PDFS and did some troubleshooting.I converted them to MS word and it was unsuccessful. I was concerned that it was a software issue but I believe the files are the problem. I contacted the client. They sent the exact same files, same problem. They're scans and can't be read by IRIS for some reason.
