コメントのフォントが小さくて見づらいので大きくしたいのですが、そのためのメニューが見当たりません。

I am not aware of just the comments being displayed in small font.
Typically font in Studio / Editor will be the same for TM results window, comments and other areas.
I am only aware of 2 things that may affect the size of font:
