Trados Studio 2021: Error message 'Revocation is not allowed for an expired license'. But license still works - How can I fix this?

Hello everyone! 
 According to our RWS account, one of our licenses is inactive. When I click on "Show activation code" in Trados Studio 2021 SR2 - 16.2.10.9305 , it says "The activation code used on this machine is...". This code is exactly the same as the one in the account. 
 When I click on "Deactivate", it says "Revocation is not allowed for an expired license." I don't know how long this error has been there because we can still work with this license. Uninstalling and reinstalling Trados did not solve the problem. 
 I don't understand how this is possible. And unfortunately I can't find an answer to this particular problem. 
 Please help.
