When opening a new project, an orange triangle appears by the TM. I upgraded it several times, but the triangle still appears.
When completing a translation and finalizing the document, the message I get is: TranslatioProviderThrewException
and then asks if I would lik to reopen the sdlxiff.
Please try to perform the upgrade of your TM from Translation Memories view, as indicated here https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000007897 and let me know how it goes.

I upgraded again, as you suggested.
The orange triangle indeed disappears, but then when I open a new project, there it is again!
Sorry - I tried removing the TM and adding it again - it worked! All good.
