Trados Studio 2017 - Access to the path "C:\Users\My username\Documents\My music"

Hi, 

Like so many other users before me I have run into the dreaded access to path denied conundrum. 

I still use Trados Studio 2017 SR1. I have tried the workaround provided by RWS and have attempted a reset but all to no avail.

For now, and thanks to the help of Loredana in support, I am working in a trial version of Studio 2022. I suppose the next step is the upgrade. 

If anyone can weigh in with a workaround that does work so I can continue using my trusty 2017, let me know.

Don't feel like forking out money for software that randomly malfunctions... (this is not the first time that I've had issues with Studio, my previous upgrade to 2017 was also prompted by software issues).
