Invalid license deactivation problems

Hello,

I've been experiencing a problem because my Studio 2014 SP2 was activated with an invalid license number. My PC technician installed a cracked version in my computer (because of a misunderstanding because I DO HAVE a valid original license).

From what I've found on the Web, I should deactivate the License (it appears as BigBird) and then activate it with my license code. But I have been unable to do so even after uninstalling and reinstalling the program several times. I keep getting this error message:

"Offline deactivation failed.
Cannot deactivate license. - Invalid activation code
(Support reference InvalidLicenseNumber -20)
Invalid activation code
(Support reference InvalidLicenseNumber -20)"

I'd appreciate it if you could help me out with this issue.
