Today, I turned on my PC and, as as soon as I loaded Trados, it displayed the message that my license has expired
When I input my license, it says there are no licenses available for that code.
I went to the licenses page and tried to deactivate it, but it says a generic "An error has occurred".
I clicked the link to deactivate offline, but i also says an error occurred.
I need urgent help, I cannot use Trados and I have work to do!

Thank you, that was quick, the support team deactivated the license and now I can log in again. Although it's strange it didn't let me reset it like the other times.
The only change I made to the PC this weekend was to add a second internal drive and create a new partition on the main one, maybe that was enough to fool Trados into thinking it was a different PC.
