Unable to deactivate Trados 2019 license.
When I tried to deactivate Trados Studio 2019 license, I could not deactivate it since an error massage "Revocation if either completed or revocation proof is already uploaded." is displayed. I need to transfer Trados license from the old PC to the new PC
