Cannot connected to license server over VPN

We have a user working from home that is trying to connect to a license server here in the office. We can ping the IP address of the server from her computer, but when she opens trados and puts in the server IP it gives an error saying there is no connection to the server. Other computers at our office are able to reach the license server, so I believe it's set up correctly. She is connected to our office network over FortiClient VPN an can reach other network resources. She is using SDLTradosStudio2019_SR2_15.2.8.3007
