I don't understand what this has to do the a TMX or what it has to do with a project in the cloud.

The "error" is actually an informational message stating that nothing has been found in the resource you are using.  There could be all kinds of reasons for this ranging from you using an empty TM, to you not having enabled the TM, to there actually not being anything in the TM that matches whatever you looked up.

I can't really provide more help than this because you have not really given me anything concrete to reply to.  Can you provide a better explanation of your problem and show us what you have setup; show us that whatever you have looked for is really in the TM; show us that you are searching the resource you think are etc.
