"Object reference not set to an instance of an object" when deleting a target text segment (Studio 2022)

Question

Dear community members, 
 ever since I've upgraded from Trados Studio 2019 to 2022 I'm experiencing one of the many instances of the error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object". 
 In my case, the error occurs every time I delete a target text segment via "Alt + Delete" (see screenshot). Unfortunately, I cannot post a full error report, as the error message does not give that option. 
 Has anyone encountered this particular error before? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 I'm pretty sure this is caused by Qualitivity. 
 Please delete the following folders and then reinstall your plugins after making sure you have the latest ones for your product, either from the appstore at https://appstore.rws.com/ or by using the integrated appstore in Trads Studio: 
 %APPDATA%\Trados\Trados Studio\17\Plugins 
 %LOCALAPPDATA%\Trados\Trados Studio\17\Plugins 
 c:\ProgramData\Trados\Trados Studio\17\Plugins 
 If you have manually downloaded your plugins from the AppStore then double click them to install them again, or preferably download the ones you want and install them via the integrated AppStore in Trados Studio.
