Problem for "Generate Target Translations"

Hi,
Trados Studio 2019, OS: Windows 10home 64bit *if needs any other information, please let me know.

I have a serious problem for "Generate Target Translations".
The problem is unable to do "Generate Target Translations" properly.
Normally when I do "Generate Target Translations", the track changes are reflected to target file.
However one file is unable to be reflected for track changes. And not only un-reflected track changes, they will be restored to before edit.

*At "Generate Target Translations", no error messages are shown.

Please see the following <image1> & <image2>;

<image1> => Trados file.
<image2> => Generated Target word from file image1

I would appreciate it, if someone tell me about how to resolve this problems.
Thank you,

    Apologies for the time taken in responding here.  The only way to really guarantee support is to have a support contract - https://www.trados.com/support/.  But you will need to have the latest version of the software to do this now.

    I also think the problem "may" be related to you working with a version that has a bug for your file.  I as able to resolve it using 2022 by doing this:

    1. opened your source file using 2022 and created a new project
    2. perfect matched it to your translated SDLXLIFF
    3. saved the target and the tracked changes are all there.

    So I can only suggest you try the following:

    1. First repeat the process I used with your 2019 and see where you get.
    2. If it doesn't help then your only option is to upgrade to a supported version of the software.

    I'll send you the files I created anyway and maybe they will be useful.
