I have reinstalled my computer OS and when I try opening my Trados Studio 2015, it says "License Expired. So I logged into my SDL account, clicked to "deactivate the license" so I could activate it later on but it's stuck in the "Deactivation initiated" screen. I really need to solve this asap.
I see that your license has been reset in the meantime. Could you please confirm you managed to activate successfully and your Trados 2015 works as expected?
