Hello, I have the same problem but I am not able to solve it like Cornelia. I use trados 2015 freelance plus. When I try to add sdl language cloud it just gives me "Connection to language cloud failed"..since I have a translation to make and a deadline to meet any answer would be highly appreciated.
My internet connection is fine and my subscription to cloud is active and there are almost 1 million characters left to be used in my package subscription..so I do not understand the problem

If you can't resolve this problem you can log a ticket for Language Cloud issues here:
https://languagecloud.sdl.com/
Select "Help & Support" and log a ticket there regarding this issue.
