term recognition ignores one term

Question

Hello, 
 I'm having trouble with a clients project and Term Recognition. 
 Just one term (so far), well present in Termbase, is not displayed in the Term Recognition while working on the project. Other terms from the same Termbase are displayed. 
 I deleted and re-added the term. Still same. I created another project with the same file, and the term is proposed in the Term Recognition. So the fault is in the clients package. But I don't know how to find the source. Can someone help me out?

 May I suggest reorganizing the termbase? 
 You can do the Multiterm interface, once you open it up, in Termbase Management view:

I would also recommend exporting the termbase and importing it into a new termbase. This way, you are assured that if it works fine, it's indeed the client's termbase the "source", and they can handle it accordingly.
