If you have any solutions, please help me.
I tried to use Trados Studio 2014, but I failed to activate it.
And the error message says,
"Failed to activate. Cannot create license-cannot access website. (Support Reference: CannotAccessWebSite -24) ".
The last time I used it was in October 2020, and I had no problem activating it then.
I want to resolve it as soon as possible.

Many months ago we sent out several statements informing users that we are no longer able to provide licensing help for unsupported product versions. Your version would be included in this.
Please see here in case you missed it: By RWS supported older versions of Trados Studio
For this reason we can not reset your corrupt license and you may have to consider getting a new license for 2022
