No translation results, translation memory error

Question

Hello, 
 
 I've had issues with my translation memory (TM), which is file-based, since this morning. There are no segments displayed in the translation results window and even with the F3 fonction I cannot find any segments with the selected words (which I know are in the TM). Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
