I used the Studio Starter Version 2014 6 months for free and now I bought Studio Starter 2015. The installation went fine, but my projects from Studio 2014 aren't shown, and I cannot open them. New packages can well be imported, but also not be opened. I always get an error-message, when I try that. An if I click on symbols on the toolbar, they don't react. Can you please help me?
The projects won't show unless you open them in Studio 2015 as they are held in a different location. This article might help you:

Follow the route for your problem and if there is no answer that helps by the time you get to the end you'll be presented with a form to contact support. Complete all the fields in the form making sure your email address is entered correctly or nobody will be able to get back in touch with you.
Also use the Chrome browser to log the case if you have it; you'll get more success in completing the form.
