I'm having this problem quite often. Term recognition just stops working or works randomly. If I manually search for the term, it appears. My version is Trados Studio2021 SR2 - 16.2.12.9338. My MultiTerm and Project are on a GSuite server, but I have them both marked as "available offline". I can't just work local for every project, how is there not a solution for this already? I've seen many people having the same problem.

This is not supported. These are desktop products designed for local use. Part of your problem here could be related to connectivity to these resources. What happens f you copy the termbase locally? Does it work then? Also have you tried reorganising your termbase?
Also, what MultiTerm version are you using? You should have these installed:

MultiTerm 2021 - 16.2.1.1044

I have the latest versions, I have grounded everything in local storage and reorganised my termbase, but still can't get it to work. It helped with other termbases, but there are a couple of them that still won't work with term recognition. I don't know what else to try.
