Hello everyone! 

I have a question regarding the analysis report of a file I am dealing with as project manager.

I sent a project package with a quite big Word file to the translator, the wordcount in my analysis is around 61k words.

The translator sent back the return package, telling me that their Trados Studio gave them a different wordcount, around 10k words higher.

I checked again, but my analysis is still the same, moreover, when I import the return package, I see the followign details: 

If I sum up "total words" and "untranslated words" I get the same exact wordcount that the translator has, however, there aro no untranslated segments in the xliff file, as well as in the target file.

Does someone know what these "untranslated words" are and why is there a minus sign before it?

ps: I use Trados 2019, while the translator has an older version.
