Studio 2014 (starter version) error - 'application is not configured to LanguageCloudUrlsConfig'

Question

Hi
While trying to start up Studio 2014 (starter version) today, I find that I cannot access it due to an error that the 'application is not configured to LanguageCloudUrlsConfig'. The last job I handled was on the SDL Groupshare server and it is also trying to synchronise to this. Windows then cannot handle this and closes the application. Hence my licence is unusable. Would anyone have any ideas please? Thanks

Run as Administrator has worked for some users of Studio.

Have you installed Studio as Admin? Perhaps this is the problem.

Before we do that can you uninstall Studio completely, and then reinstall as admin? I think this is worth attempting first as it might be the easiest solution to your problem which does sound like a permissions issue on your computer.
