ok, the reason maybe because there is no shortcut assigned to it.

Try adding a shortcut to the item Apply Translation to File > Options > Keyboard Shortcuts:

Ensure that the new shortcut is not used anywhere else or Trados Studio will complain:

If so, you need to add the keyboard shortcut there and only there. For example, the following highlighted plugings ca let you customise the shortcut:

If there is no OpenAI Translator branch, then the developer has not included the feature in the plugin to set a keyboard shortcut. I don’t use this plugin, so I can’t really know, sorry…

No, there is no OpenAI Translator branch, so it might be SDL Trados has not put it in the shortcut.
