Hi,

I'm having problems opening files, from both the sample project package and a project package that I made myself, on my desktop application SDL Trados Studio 2017 SR1 CU15, and would like support as I have an assignment using Trados very soon.

I just reinstalled the application on a new computer, and I'm not sure if it's because the installation didn't go well, a problem with my new computer setup, or any other causes.

I did confirm that the project packages do actually contain files; when I click on "open project folder" on the application, folders containing the files do show (as shown in the screen shot below). However, when I click on the project packages on the application, only details of the files show, and I can't actually access the files (as shown in the second screen shot below). I'm sure if this is relevant, but I do notice that on the navigation pane on the left, no file folders or files show underneath the project package.
