What do you see if you change the tags view in View ribbon to this one?
I bet you have unmatched tag numbers in that segment…
That's what I see when I change the tag view:
The problem occurs in all segments that contain an image of the type .png
If I overwrite the pictures with the pictures from the left side, everything is ok and it's possible to create the Word document.
But when I translate my file again with the new PerfectMatch file, the problem occurs again.

Glad to see your issue is solved. I think that next time you use PerfectMatch, the Picture tag will be OK as long as the new XLIFF is used in the PerfectMatch step.
Regarding those formatting pm tags in PM & Locked segments, I’ve seen them in the past… I think they come from a previous Alignment step, isn’t it? They look awful in the Editor, but as far as I remember they didn’t prevent creating the target document ad it looked nice.
I'm sorry, but this is not the solution to the problem.
The next time I translate the file with PerfectMatch (and I use the new XLIFF file!), every picture tag is back in the old format!
Is there a way to convert all my XLIFF files completely to the new format?

This is not my experience with PerfectMatch…
If you post a sample of the new XLIFF (up to segment 20 for example) I can test the PerfectMatch feature and check how Picture tags are handled (your second issue).
Hi Jesus,
You were right, of course, if I replace the picture tags manually, the Word file is created perfectly. This also applies to further translations. I just had problems with my different file versions.
Thanks a lot for your support!
