I think your best solution is to use a macro in Excel to combine all the tabs into just one, then use the GlossaryConverter. It’s probably fairly trivial but I’m replying from my phone so can’t help more at the moment. If you can’t find how to do that just reply and if nobody answers before Monday we can give you a bit more assistance.

Thank you for pointing me to the right direction. I fund a nice person who makes exactly what I wanted to do available: https://www.extendoffice.com/documents/excel/1184-excel-merge-multiple-worksheets-into-one.html

I used the VBA code here to merge all the tabs into one. I then used Glossary Converter to get a tmx and imported into a new TM. I am now ready to go!
