Batch Tasks have disappeared suddenly 一括タスクが使えません

Hello Community members,

I really appreciate any help you can offer on this strange problem I have encountered after 4-year use of my Trados Studio 2019 Freelance. 

Here is what I have been experiencing. When I hit the "Batch Tasks" button on any functional windows (Project, Editor, etc.), no task list appears, saying "No Batch Tasks are available" as in the screen shot below. This problem happened a few months ago out of nowhere and persists since then. I guess no RWS community users have experienced such a strange problem, but any suggestions or insights are really appreciated.

I have searched the Community for any similar problems without reaching even a close one. I tried every setting of both Projects and Options to find no solution and cannot think of any cause of this problem other than Windows or Java updates. As I use other CAT tools that require Java, my PC has Java installed. The version information of my Studio is as follows. I have a Perpetual License for this product. Applicable licenses for some components of this product are LGPL, GPL (with exceptions), Apache, and Safenet.

Do you guys think I have to buy the support and maintenance subscription for such a basic problem that impairs critical functions of this application?
