一括処理から一括タスク画面を開き、連続タスクで「ファイルのエクスポート」を実施すると、エラーメッセージ「入力文字列の形式が正しくありません。」がでて、ファイルがエクスポートされません。どのようにして解決できますか？元ファイルは日本語で、英語版を作成しようとしています。

一括処理から一括タスク画面を開き、連続タスクで「ファイルのエクスポート」を実施すると、エラーメッセージ「入力文字列の形式が正しくありません。」がでて、ファイルがエクスポートされません。どのようにして解決できますか？元ファイルは日本語で、英語版を作成しようとしています。
プロジェクトの設定のMicrosoft PowerPoint 2007-2019の全般設定で、翻訳対象とするオプションのコンテンツを選択する時に、「コメント」のチェックを外し、対象外にすると、エクスポートされました。
これを解決する方法はあるのでしょうか？

Adapting File related settings post project creation, will not address the current project files.
If you are making changes like unchecking the comments - then you need to either create a new project. Or add new files to the existing project.
