Some segments have been translated while being divided by segment rules.
Of course, you can select the relevant parts and merge them using the Merge function.
But there are many files.
Is there any way to solve this problem?

The way you do this will all depend on your content and which option causes the most work. For example, you could create segmentation rules to segment the files again so you get 100% matches when pre-translating. If you have the professional version of Studio you may be able to use Perfect Match as this should handle the segmentation and still match the file as it was translated before. I say "may" because you would also need the previously translated SDLXLIFF file and not just the TM.
