What scenario are you faced with?

Do you have a file that is fully translated with confirmed segments and your objective is to review the segments and mark them approved?
Or do you have a file that has been reviewed with approved/rejected segment status and you are needing to manage this?

Some general thoughts include

• Advanced Filter to focus on certain segment status of interest 
  Example: Duplicates, Fuzzy matches, Automatic Translations, Contextual Matches etc
  
  
• Live Preview: Read the target file in its entirety
  If/When you you find a sentence that isn't correct, you can navigate to the segment in question to update
  
  
• Batch Task QA
  Review QA settings and customise based on areas of interest. 
  Example. Numbers, spaces, tags etc

If you can outsource some of the review work, then there are tools and solutions in place to assist.
