Error startIndex cannot be larger than length of string - SDL Studio Pro 2015

Hi, 

Can someone please help with the following error under SDL Trados Studio Pro 2015

Translating the error mess. from another language, so it might be different in original one - english:

startindex can not be greater than the length of the string (line?)
Parameter name: startindex

 

The error appears when deleting some symbols at once (around 5-10 symbols) by using Backspace and holding it.

    Just made another tests with employees.
    Another employee received same error.

    We have purchased two licenses. And those two licenses were installed on identical new laptops with identical OS Win 8.1..
    Both were configured and updated in same way.

    The second test that was just made with another employee revealed this error 1 from 7 tries approximately of usage of continues backspace delete of strings .

    We tried to understand when exactly it appears but couldn't. When tried a series of long backspace pressing and short backspace pressing we didn't received any error.
    The error appears 2-3 times out 10.
