Wo wird die Datei abgelegt? Verzeichnis de-DE ist leer.
Hi Alide,
To find the missing XLIFF file, please try these steps:
Step 1: Open your Trados Studio project.
Step 2: Go to the "Files" view in your project.
Step 3: Right-click on the source file you want to locate the XLIFF for and select "Open Containing Folder." This will open the folder where the source file is stored.
Step 4: Check the folder for the exported XLIFF file. It should be in the same folder as the source file, with the same name but with an ".xliff" extension.
If the XLIFF file is still not found, you may want to try exporting the file again:
Step 1: In your Trados Studio project, go to the "Batch Tasks" menu.
Step 2: Select "Export Files" and choose "Export to XLIFF."
Step 3: Follow the prompts to export the file, making sure to note the destination folder.
Step 4: Check the destination folder for the exported XLIFF file.
If you continue to experience issues, it's possible that there's an issue with the source file or the export process. In this case, you may want to check the source file for any extra content or formatting that could be causing the problem, as mentioned in the context provided.
Regards,
John
So you're referring to the use of the XLIFF Manager application and not an out of the box Studio feature. Can you advise whether your project was originally created from the cloud first and then brought into Studio?
If it wasn't then can you double check you don't have more folders with a date in there and perhaps you're looking in the wrong one?
